We’re new to the area and I was so scared of switching my kiddos Dr from back home. It took me 2 years to find my oldest a dr who would listen and take my concerns seriously so now that we travel, it’s been terrifying taking them to different random Drs. My youngest was due for a wellness and shots and I scheduled him here, they were wonderful! I had a concern the dr immediately knew what was the issue and didn’t have us guessing between different things. THEN, the next day my kids had dentist appointments, my youngest has a lip tie that needs corrected and dentist states insurance won’t cover for them to do it, I was able to go back in to the doctor office and explain the issue and they very quickly agreed to send an ENT referral without a second appointment being needed, they have been so kind.

I scheduled an appointment after trying forever to talk to someone on the phone and then I completely missed the appointment. I apologized and agreed to pay the fee for my mistake but then they stopped responding and blocked me on social media. I only went there one time for a well check for my child and I'm so confused why this has happened. I agreed to pay the cancelation fee when I texted because it was 100% my fault and I offered to even pay it before booking my next appointment but to completely dismiss us as a patient for one time missing an appointment? The team did not contact me or anything. I would like my child's records as she did go there but how awkward now. They don't answer the phone, don't respond to text, blocked me on facebook(strange to do that) so I have to go there to get them?? I'm sorry for whatever that we could have done to upset someone so much to dismiss us.

BEST PEDIATRICIAN IN THE PERMIAN BASIN NO LIE!!.. I am super picky with my son’s doctors and she really has me very pleased. Dr. Salas actually interacts with your child and actually builds a relationship with your child. My son is almost 2 and he loves her. He literally gets excited when he sees her. She is also very respectful with the decisions that as a parents we chose to take with our son. She is informative but not pushy. Caring, and respectful. I honestly wish more doctors were like her.

Dr. Jessica Salas was absolutely wonderful with our daughter! My four-year-old was a bit nervous for her appointment. Mid appointment she made the comment “It's going good, mama”, while she gave me a thumbs up. Jessica made immunizations so easy for our daughter. Not one tear was shed. We’re new to Midland, so we're happy to have found the right pediatric office for us!
